Are you an aged care provider or health care service in a regional or remote area and would like Dementia Support Australia to spend time with you and your clients?
Dementia Support Australia is pleased to offer targeted remote outreach to services across Australia with access disadvantage. This includes the ability to:
- Meet with local Service Providers, GPs, Residential Care - Provide opportunities to network with services, determine their needs and discuss how DSA can support
- Undertake on the ground DSA Client Case Work - Visiting clients as per DSA service both in community and residential setting, and offer coaching and development for staff to better understand changed behaviours for the individual with dementia
- Understand the needs from the ground up - Opportunity to be present in the community, get to know the people in the community face-to-face and understand their needs and how DSA can support
DSA provides regular opportunities in regional and remote areas for care providers and carers to connect with our consultants.
